You have been randomly selected to participate in the 2021 Affiliate membership survey, conducted by the Wikimedia Foundation. This survey is about understanding the experiences of Wikimedia affiliate members. Please decide how you wish to take the survey as follows:
You can take the survey anonymously, without sharing your email address. Please note, however, that you will have to make sure not to close your browser until you finish your survey. Click the following link to take this survey anonymously.
You can also take the survey directly via a personalized link sent to your email address. To do this the Wikimedia Foundation will ask for your email address to send you a personalized link. With the personalized link you will be able to return to your survey and update your responses or request a new link to retake the survey should you wish to change your responses. The survey will take about 20 - 30 minutes to complete at one go. You can find questions asked in the survey on meta if you want to read or download these before starting the actual survey.
