As you know, I launched a "listening tour" in September to spend time engaging and really understanding the wikiverse before I formally joined as the Wikimedia Foundation CEO in January. Thank you for taking the time to share with me! My plan is to publish reflections at the end of January about what I heard and learned.

For now, I wanted to give you a quick sense of who else I heard from so that you have an idea. Attached is a document with the headlines: I spoke to 275 people across 55 countries and joined 17 community-organized events. I learned about so many different sources of motivations, stories, projects, challenges and opportunities all over the world. I appreciate you making this journey possible for me! 

I am ready to take my December break starting tomorrow and officially start in January!
