Hi everybody,

Due to logistics, we've rescheduled the Wikimedia Northern Europe Meeting 2018 for October. We have the venue, conference facilitator and teams from WMNO and WMSE all locked in for these dates.

The event will be on 6-7 October as the main dates. For early arrivals there will be some type of social activity on Friday evening 5 October.

We hope that these dates will work for most of you.

Based on the experience we gained from the Wikimedia Diversity Conference 2017 we hope to create a program that is highly interactive. later in June we will start planning with the conference facilitator and based on the feedback and thoughts presented in the Community engagement survey we will create an initial draft of the program.

Furthermore, we hope to have a pre-meetup at Wikimania in South Africa. We will register a slot in Wikimania’s program for that and we really hope that you can take part if you're attending Wikimania.
