We have the venue, conference facilitator and teams from WMNO and WMSE all locked in for these dates. The event will be on *6-7 October* as the main dates. For early arrivals there will be some type of social activity on Friday evening 5 October. We hope that these dates will work for most of you. Based on the experience we gained from the Wikimedia Diversity Conference 2017 we hope to create a program that is highly interactive. later in June we will start planning with the conference facilitator and based on the feedback and thoughts presented in the *Community engagement survey* <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:Conference/Northern_Europe_Meeting_2018#Community_input> we will create an initial draft of the program. Furthermore, we hope to have a pre-meetup at Wikimania in South Africa. We will register a slot in Wikimania’s program for that and we really hope that you can take part if you're attending Wikimania.
