Domāju, ka jāsāk taisīt uzmetumu pieteikumam un jāapspriež par konkrētām finansējamām darbībām.

Domāju, ka varētu rīkoties pēc bulgāru pieredzes un šos mikrograntus piešķirt pēc publiska kopienas balsojuma un naudu izmaksāt pēc pabeigta projekta:

1) Iesniedz pieteikumu

2) Kopiena nobalso, ka labs projekts, var finansēt

3) Īsteno projektu - uzraksta N rakstus, augšupielādē X bildes

4) Publicē ziņojumu: savāc čekus, biļetes, pavadzīmes

5) Kopienai nav iebildumu

6) Kasieris izmaksā naudu

Microgrant/Photographing of Vidzeme

Overview

The aim of this proposal is documented the different subjects in Vidzeme region by high-resolution and quality images available under Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 4.0 license. These images will be released on Wikimedia Commons for all Wikimedia projects. I’d like to target my efforts especially about objects from "Valsts aizsargājamo kultūras pieminekļu saraksts"). But I'd like to shoot the municipalities, nature monuments and nature objects too.

Budget I

I am planning to make 1 to 2 trips per month using my private car, distance from 250 km to 500 km therefore I estimate the maximum fuel cost per 1 trip be around 35 EUR. As a pilot program, I’d like to run this project  from begin of May till end of October. I guess I will be able to do 6-7 trips till end of this period, let say maximum budget around 250 EUR for this period. When I will be more active than I now plan and used this amount earlier, I'd make new proposal for next amount of money (giving you the chance considering my benefits/quality of images/amount of images). Not expecting any additional costs.


Budget II

Not expecting any additional costs.


Timeline

I’d like to run this project as pilot till end of December. I am planning upload images during whole this period when I will make the trip and postprocessing in computer. After the end of December, I will make short report and evaluate how much images were generated and most probable write next proposal for extension of this project from begin of May till end of October.

Expected outcomes

Based on my previous experiences, I expect minimum around 100-200 high quality images per trip which might correspond to 15-30 subjects. Mostly I will try target about subjects which included in "Valsts aizsargājamo kultūras pieminekļu saraksts". This amount of images per trip I would consider it a success.

Who I am

My name is X Y (Voll) and I am active member of Wikimedia projects mostly based on Wikimedia Commons and Wikivoyage. I have more than Nk+ edits globally and I uploaded more than N own images from around the world, please see my category on Commons. I selfishly will guess that I have some basics about photographing.

I am equipped with CAMERA (10x for details on buildings). Therefore all necessary is available.
