Dear Wikimedia CEE Community!

I am happy to give two important announcements about the CEE Meeting 2017 which will take place 22-25 September in Warsaw (Poland). 

1) We started accepting submissions to the conference program. The submissions should cover one of the topics chosen by the program committee (based on a program survey). The deadline for submission is June 30, 2017, 23:59:59 (CEST).

2) You can now start to register your delegates to the conference! Each community from the CEE can send two delegates who will have travel, accommodation, visa etc. costs funded by the conference grant. The community/affiliate may (as is welcomed to) send additional participants but the costs of their participation must be covered by the affiliate or the participants themselves. 

The decision of whom to send is up to every community/affiliate itself. But we strongly advise you too look at the list of topics which will be covered during the conference. This will help you to choose the people who will benefit the most from attending. The deadline for scholarship applications is June 15, 2017  23:59:59 (CEST).
