In May and June, the international photo competition
Wiki Loves Earth will take place once again.
As we now seems to have a
healthy number of active online members from all 3 language groups, I am optimistic we could finally enroll Sri Lanka this time! :-) In a nutshell, WLE is a global contest to encourage volunteers from all over the world to upload high quality freely licensed
photographs to Commons, so that the quality images could be reused by Wikimedia projects (and others) to improve articles and other content.
