Thank you for posting the staff assessments, Katy, and the subject-matter expert feedback[1], Wes. We really appreciate all the work that goes into reviewing the proposals.
We did find a few areas that we felt still needed clarification – in some cases the assessment seemed to contradict itself as well as the subject-matter expert feedback. We hope that our short comments on the talk page[2] contribute to the deliberations and help the FDC make informed decisions.
Kind regards, Nicole

Thanks, Nicole, for WMDE's clarifications and additional context.
WMF staff have indeed posted our staff assessments of all 11 submitted proposals. This is one of the inputs to the Funds Dissemination Committee deliberations.
You are welcome to review our assessments as well as the proposals here: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Grants:APG/Proposals/2015-2016_round1
Many organizations have submitted additional context and feedback on the Discussion pages of these assessments.
Cheers, Katy
