Under the theme *“Resilience: Shaping the Future Through Community and Openness*”, Wikimedia Portugal and Wiki Editoras Lx https://diff.wikimedia.org/2025/01/28/wikimedia-portugal-and-wikieditoraslx-collaborate-on-a-wiki-glam-culture-and-heritage-conference-for-2025/ invite participants to dive into the challenges and opportunities of the Wikimedia ecosystem as a digital infrastructure for open culture throughout the conference.

Across the Auditorium track, conversations will touch on:

- *Collections beyond GLAM:* Expanding the broadness of what GLAM can encompass and narrow the digital divide - collections outside of formal institutions, gender gap, decolonization, restitution, minority and underrepresented languages, traditional knowledge, and restitution.

- *Community and sustainability of the movement:* Global GLAM Strategy & GLOSS, governance, development and resilience of institutional partnerships, community engagement.

- *Emergency and recovery:* Natural catastrophes, climate change, war zones, culture-averse governments, human rights and other urgent challenges that jeopardize GLAM work in a time-sensitive manner.

- *Tools in practice:* Innovative and good practices, tool innovation, WMF tech infrastructure, metrics, AI.
