Do we have good examples of where providing money
for a data package
resulted in substantive contributions by that person *to discussions* (as
distinct from mainspace edits/uploads)?
I admit I am skeptical. But I'm eager to have my mind changed, if there
are some successes anyone can point to.

Hi everyone,
@Stella - Thank you for reaching out and asking the question! As it is
rather specific, I will respond and continue this conversation in a private
thread.
For everyone to note - providing data packages is indeed something we
can do to support participation in the movement strategy online discussions:
- We are happy to process your request for the group as part of
your Rapid Grant application [1], and
- We will follow-up with you if you have stated the need in the
registration form for global events [2].
Thank you for your kind attention!
Kaarel
