I think it would be important to give the report a more multilingual feel.
Wikibooks is, after all, a project consisting of many language sub-projects
(rather than an English project with non-English sister projects).

We tried to include other languages as best as we could, but the
communication between the various language Wikibooks projects is
unfortunately spotty at best.
