Hello again, I have started it some time ago to collect all important dates in the movement, and always wanted to invite more people to contribute and to use it: And here it is. :) It is supposed to show dates from different categories: * events: events with an international focus/audience with relevance for the Wikimedia movement (Wikimania, Wikimedia Conference, international Hackathons, cross-country Wiki conferences etc.; but also Creative Commons Summit or OKcon). I’d rather not add local events with a restricted audience. * deadlines: Deadlines for several processes and applications like FDC deadlines, closing dates for contests or Call for Papers * dates: start (and if applicable) also end dates for activities, elections, office hours, metrics meetings, software deployments (only the official/big rollouts, like VisualEditor or Notifications) * what else? Any suggestion is welcome! It’s still in an alpha stage and I am happy to have more people contributing to it. I would also like to enhance the concept a little (e.g. more “categories”, use different colours, DOs and DON'Ts) and discuss which types of dates it should contain and which better not – to keep it clear and simple .
