While I greatly appreciate the discussions which are occurring here, I note that during the few hours I was at the healthcare with my kid about 50 messages have been exchanged and, it seems to me, some with considerable heat.

Would it be possible for everyone to take a break and let others in the community examine the arguments and consider the issues as well?
