You may also approach your Wikimedia affiliate (chapters, user groups, thematic organizations) if they offer a conference travel subsidy program or scholarship. They can approach their respective regional grants program officer should they wish to budget funds for scholarship or sponsor a watch party / related event in their respective countries during the week of Wikimania (5 to 9 August, 2025)

We therefore encourage you to consider allocating funds to support one or two folks from your community to attend Wikimania 2025 in Nairobi.
