There needs to be a balance there. The right staff can save more
money than you pay them.
I said *start* laying off staff, not lay off all the staff. WMF is too
big to run with 100% volunteers now, laying off all the staff would be
a very bad plan.
I don't really see what positions could be cut, and I can think of a
few that should be expanded. Maybe a few positions could be
outsourced, I guess.
