The Form 990 is the annual informational document required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for non-profit organizations in the United States. The purpose of the filing is to provide information to the IRS and the public, with disclosures about the Foundation’s finances, governance practices, activities and more. The Form 990 is one of several financial documents we publish each year to share information about how we allocate resources as an organization, in addition to our public financial reports and our annual audit performed by KPMG.
