WikiConference Kerala is a significant initiative aimed at bolstering the Wikimedia ecosystem in the state of Kerala, India, particularly focusing on the Malayalam language. The conference is strategically timed to coincide with the birthday of the Malayalam Wikipedia, celebrated in December. The conference not only celebrates the achievements of Malayalam Wikipedia but also aims to inspire more individuals to contribute to Wikimedia projects, thereby enriching the digital landscape in regional languages in Kerala. WikiConference Kerala represents a vital effort to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among Wikimedia enthusiasts in Kerala.

Wiki Conference Kerala 2024 edition is happening at the College of Climate Change and Environmental Science, Kerala Agricultural University, Thrissur, Kerala, India on 28^th December 2024 with the 22nd Birthday of the Malayalam Wikipedia Project.
