They haven't really developed very advanced methods for censorship
at all. Govt and corporate censorship tools frankly *suck*.
And the selection process the community has to do

does now.
Except not the filter, but the categories or lists used for
it would be the most advanced method for building
censorship _tools_ yet devised.
