Dear all,
On 27 January 2024, the Annual General Meeting of Wikimedia Bangladesh and the Executive Committee Members Election (Board election) [1] were held in the presence of the registered members of the chapter.
The nine elected Members of the Executive Committee are:
- Shabab Mustafa (President)
- Masum al Hasan (Secretary)
- Moheen Reeyad (Treasurer)
- Ali Haidar Khan
- Tanvir Rahman
- Ankan Ghosh Dastider
- R K Hannan
- Dolon Prova
- Tanbin Islam Siyam
The members were elected for a two-year long term ending in 2025. Later, the elected board members elected the office bearers after an internal discussion[2].
I wish the new board a successful term.
Best regards,
T.
