Can you explain what the issue is? It is not obvious to me what hoax you are seeing. People in Russia are blocked from editing Wikipedia, are they not?

There is a comment section at the bottom of that article. I encourage you to post corrections.

It's sad to see the Signpost perpetuating the hoax that "[Russian Wikipedia] articles on the Russian invasion of Ukraine... [were]... originally written by Ukrainians".
