In a movement as beautifully diverse as ours, conflict is inevitable—but manageable. This is our second session of the Conflict Resolution series, which is about learning the challenges in globally multicultural communities and exploring communication from a cultural lens.
👉 What will you learn? 🧠
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
1.
Develop active listening & non-violent communication (NVC) skills. 2.
Learn a few strategies to navigate cultural sensitivities & biases in Wikimedia spaces. 3.
Know some practices around effectively handling asynchronous communication.
