Dear wikimedians,
In order to prepare the next development step of
the Chapter Association (ie the concrete actions), a think tank has been
created to receive all ideas of Tasks that should be handled or
supported by the WCA.
This process is open to everyone interested in
the future of the Chapter Association, chapters members or not.
