No, that's not possible. Derivatives of a GFDL work must also be
licenced under the GFDL, and even if you consider wiki articles to be
aggregate works, aggregate works incorporating GFDL works cannot be
licenced under any licence that is more restrictive than the GFDL.
Note that the issue of Citizendium purporting to decide under what
licence its contributors' contributions are published, and whether
that's even legally possible, is a kettle of fish on its own.
Thanks for explaining. Then to conform exactly to the GFDL re-users must
forgo flagged CZ content, e.g. just as they forgo flagged EDP 'non-free'
content at the moment? TIA
