Thanks for posting the minutes. Regarding "Jaime presented a proposed revision to the Foundation investment policy that shifted to a model more focused on cash preservation than on short-term equity," who is Jamie and why is appreciation not considered a goal on equal footing with (and subsumed by first principles in) appreciation?
