After conducting conversations with many Wikimedians from around the world who are planning or working on possible future hubs, we are happy to share the findings summary[1] from the series of the Hubs Dialogue.[2] 

The results focus on the aspect of the existing problems in the Wikimedia movement that the hubs may be needed to solve, including both: 1. globally shared needs among all Wikimedia communities, and 2. needs specific to the context of a particular community or a group of communities.

This report will be presented and discussed at the upcoming Hubs Global Conversations on 12th March,[3] which is organized by the Movement Strategy & Governance Team.[4] We hope that the conversation will be a step in defining what hubs are, and what could be their future role in the movement.
