I'm very happy to announce that the Affiliations Committee has recognized [1] Wikimedistas de Ecuador [2] as a Wikimedia User Group. The group aims to disseminating, promoting, developing, and fostering the use of Wikipedia and its sister projects within the national territory of Ecuador.
