Just my personal reaction to this... You're on the wrong thread, and
the wrong list. Since you are about to be unbanned (and perhaps headed
back that way...) the best venue for addressing these issues is
on-wiki and/or through appeals to the ArbCom list.

Of course, that's begging the assumption that the ArbCom was in error.
Forgive me if I'm not overwhelmed by your pleas.

The presiding Arbitrator from the original case made the Motion on my
behalf<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Requests_for_…and_others>,
and has admitted to errors on several occasions. Will Beback has made
efforts to remove some of the defamatory
material<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Template%253ALaRouche…
a Template and a user subpage. SlimVirgin and I had a recent private
meditation (mediated by MONGO) over the unsubstantiated and untrue
remarks<http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia_talk:Request…
made in the WP/Attack sites case and I believe we have a workable
solution.
No one wants to revisit the particulars from the Nobs01 case. OTOH, it is
my firm belief the Brandt controversy, and the Katefan0 & Essjay
controversies that grew out of the Brandt case could all have been avoided,
if I had been afforded simple common decency and fairness in the original
hearing. The ball is now in WP's court -- Wikipedia can fix this problem
now, or it will linger continue to linger.
One thing is certain, I will not shut up and accept the false statements
made about myself that now are being spoken by Wikipedia in the Nobs01 case
until it is remedied.

No sir, the record is clear I have used WP's Dispute Resolution

could
have resolved it. User:JzG has invited me to summarize
the problem here<

sometime
next week. Everyone familiar with
the case admits to errors,
including the original complainant who admits to exaggerated claims
simply
to convince ArbCom to accept hearing the case.
Unfortunately, Wikipedia
has
become the speaker of defamatory information about me enshrined in an
Arbitration ruling reproduced on 268 web pages accessible to Google. A
simple admission on the part of Wikipedia to its own error will end
discussion of this problem forever.
