I am a bit late to see your e-mail but in briefly review all I feel not clear about the information especially the result of the person who has been selected should announce to all the applicant. You don’t need to west time to call one by one to join the meeting on 19th January 2014 just announce once enough.
Anyway even I fail on this project but I will be happy to help if you need some time to input data or review document something like that.
