Thank for you feedback. I've already announced all 25 selected volunteers since January 3rd 2014 in Khmer Wikipedia mailing list. And I also contact them, selected volunteers, directly to confirm and call to join the the first meeting.

You don’t need to west time to call one by one to join the meeting on 19th January 2014 just announce once enough.
