Sorry if the reply conveyed a wrong message. As Tinu said, Jayantha needs
more support to conduct wiki worshops at various locations wherever Bengali
people are there (not limited to WB).
You mention that you've shared the
best practices and it is available in English. Is
there a URL for it
that can be shared ?
I have shared many best practices/study materials with Indian language
wikipedians. Some of them like FAQ book is available in wikimedia.in.
http://wikimedia.in/wiki/FAQ Many others like wikipedia CD is in the form
of blog post.
http://shijualex.wordpress.com/2010/04/24/creating-malayalam-wikipedia-cd It
is true that we need to have a central location for these
Finding the statistics of wikimedians that we could get from Bengali wiki
workshop is a new one for WB bengali community. That is why I have shared
the strategy we used for Malayalam.
Many of these things are not yet documented eventhough it is individually
shared with Jayantha and intersted wikimedians. As Tinu mentioned we need to
start a page for that. Hope as we move forward we will have a better process
coming out of these best practices.

Shiju
