Are you talking about something like FUEL?
Or something like Drupal localisation?
Or some translations from English wikipedia to Marathi/Hindi wikipedia?

If you can give some examples, that will help.
We can try to get the right kind of people for the activity.

There are many barriers/constraints for Indic language computing (not
just wikipedia).
The more we get into it, more challenges come forward.
Lets define some starting point and the objective of the activity and
then go ahead with it.
