sometime back , I had tried to convince that the word recruit in India carries a
different meaning in Comm-com list.
Well, I guess the headline is usually the "creative" of the editors, and not
the privilege of the actual reporter who writes the article.
Or the words of the person they actually spoke to!!! :-)
