Pranav, Kundan and I have been having a hard time trying to find a venue for the monthly meetups that happen on the 3rd Saturday of every month. We want help in (suitably) getting an educational institution that can offer their place as venue for these meetups. We would also like to change the venues for the meetings.
Also suggest that a few meetings be also held in open air situations - beach, national park, zoo etc. I understand that these are unconventional meeting points but it can also help us to take pictures and improve articles of these places on Wikipedia. It also gives us a change from malls and offices which we have to bear with anyway :).
I brought this up very early so that we do not have to rush from pillar to post to get a venue in the last minute.
