I conducted a beginner-level Wikipedia editing workshop at Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai last Saturday (May 17, 2014) for students of the Community Media course on invitation from Prof Faiz Ullah of TISS. Around 10 students and 3 faculty members attended the presentation and hands-on editing sessions. There was a question-answer round and a session for Indic language editing at the end of the workshop. The participants edited an entry on the list of administrative wards in Mumbai and the article on Chembur and community media.
