WikiProject Education in India is quite alive. naveenpf, User:Muhandes (from Israel) and I (though not of late) are active in it. The Films project is alive as well; User:Bollyjeff, User:BOLLYWOOD DREAMZ, User:Secret of success, Karthik Nadar, and others are contributing much, probably not knowing that a WikiProject exists.

Here's the list.
Seeing that WikiProject India is a humungous WikiProject with over 500
listed editors, it seems reasonable to have a few WikiProjects. But 71
seems unreasonably high all the same.
The biggest culprit is Geography - it provides TFs for each state &
UT. But how many of these are active?

At this stage, I do not want to get into the undoing business, but I
do request editors interested in a particular aspect to please be
active in the appropriate task force, if necessary reviving it.
We have had a revival of WikiProject Gujarat to date and I do hope
that many more such revivals take place!
Please forward it to your city group or Language Wikipedia group if
you feel that they should know.
