Thanks Viswam and Debanjan for the wishes. We are also actively pursuing similar such efforts in other Indian languages and will share the updates at an appropriate moment.

CIS-A2K will be starting a social media campaign called "Let Knowledge Go-around" (LKG) which asks for reform of Indian copyright act, such that the publicly funded knowledge is made available to public for free. An immediate outcome of this could be that it could prompt some more state institutions to release content under CC.

Will share more details of this campaign and seek yours and other community members support in making this demand as loud as possible.
