Thanks to WMF who just posted a tweet (https://twitter.com/wikipedia/status/1124860016786153472?s=21) encouraging Wikimedians to contribute after we requested from Odia Wikipedia. I think we need to encourage more on social media by clearly sharing how others can contribute pictures/videos and improve articles related to Fani in their own languages.

I can see ETV Andhra Pradesh has published several videos under CC license, that is great.

To get clarification if YouTube videos can be uploaded, I asked on Commons help desk last October, the discussion is at here: https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Help_desk/Archive/2018/09#Video_YouTube

There they told me if the video is original, and does not violate copyright, it (or part of it) can be uploaded. ETV (Eenadu) is a reputed channel.

For all readers, just as context, like Flickr YouTube also allows to publish videos under CC license.
