request that users may consider other editors with good, sensible and
proven track records for nomination.

However, announcement of Rfa admins in lists such as this or tweets
needs to be done very nutrally and carefully as any form of canvassing
is not only frowned upon but may be actually be detrimental for the
prospective admin as could have happened in MikeLynch's case.
