I suggest the event place as chennai, for Tamil contributors can attend easily.
if you fix dates and share here, we will announce on the tamil wikipedia, so that participants can register there and book tickets for travel.
Can participants get free stay,food along with the training or they have to arrange the stay,food on their own cost?
