Hello, It is good news that many new contributors are contributing in Tamil wikisource. But there are many doubts for both new and old wikisource contributors. It is felt that there is a need for a separate training for Tamil wikisource community exclusively. Now the CIS-A2K <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/CIS-A2K>has come forward to conduct a training session providing all the logistic and financial support for the event for about 25 people. Long term contributor and experienced wikisourcer Mr. Jayanta Nath <https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/User:Jayanta_(CIS-A2K)> from Kolkata has expressed his consent for the training event. Now since it is a first of such kind training it is felt it would be good if we can organise it in Chennai/Salem. Tentatively training can be planned for 2 days on June 8, 9 or June 15, 16 or other weekends as the community decides. Regarding this a doodle polling is going on.
