Sharing some of my observations.

June 2013 has been an exciting month for Kannada Wikipedia community. 11 new members have joined the community during this month. This month also saw 38 active editors, HISTORICALLY HIGHEST ever in a month for Kannada Wikipedia :) Of these 14 are newbies. Contribution from some of the seasoned and experienced editors has come down. Though the number of edits has slightly increased from the last month, it needs attention to improve content quality.

Tip for the month: Sustaining the interest of the new editors could be focussed through on-Wiki support and mentoring by senior Kannada Wikipedians.
