Aside the proposed meet up where you can add your name if you wish to attend, I have also added an online activity, you can visit the page and add your name if you wish to participate. Remember you can join both events.

If we don't get any response from you by the end of this week, we will assume you all are not interested anymore hence shift the focus of Wikimedia 15 to another event that will be worthy of the celebrations.

Am sorry but this process is necessary for a better meeting. As we can perfectly learn what the expectations of the participants are, where they fall short and how we can address that during the meeting, etc.

I am afraid this is rather crucial to the validity of this meeting as the sole aim is to understand where our members fall short and how we can best come in to address their issues with the goal of growing community efforts (eliminating the skewness of real work to just a section of the community). 

I also agree some things concerning this meeting may be discussed by the leadership but some other pertinent issues need be gotten from the participants themselves.
