You are invited to our annual meeting and by law gathering.
Please the by law meeting is the highlight here. We have documents on how we conduct business in the group. We tried to add more and modify others last year but it's not going as fast since all the work is online.
As such I put together this meeting offline and in person so we can do it in a day.
Please come and let's put it together nicely.
Please note that this meeting is for members only. Don't bring friends with hopes they can learn to edit Wikipedia like we do. It's a strictly members only event.
If you have still not registered (those on the mailing list especially) and do not have a membership ID number, please do so ASAP. WIthout an ID number, you won't enter the meeting room.
Please note. If the grant is approved, you will have to pre-finance your trip, submit all that is required of you including receipts, before you will be reimbursed.
The group is tired of chasing grantees for receipts. To cut that stress from the process, we are doing pre-financed trips now. Unfortunate but necessary.
