For sure it is critical that sandi and rex need some replacement on ground, and what was started continoues. Imo somebody filing a grant request similar to last years, and everybody continue to contribute a little. You as well oral, ideally ;)

In that case I'd say we already automatically qualify to be a user group, however, how does that translate into becoming a recognized chapter?Are there things we haven't already done to make us a chapter, and if so what are they so we work on doing them since the ultimate objective is to become a chapter in Ghana.
