User groups can join chapters to vote for 2 members to join the board.

At a meeting of all representatives of the groups, we agreed on changes to the resolution.

Moving forward, the elections and all matters regarding the elections will follow what the resolution document says. Do well to read it.

However, please note that nominations will be from 15 to 30 April. Reviewing and screening by the community from 1 to 7 May. Voting for nominees by Affiliates will be from 8 to 31 May. Results will be out by the end of June.

The user group will choose a delegate who will vote on our behalf. The entire user group will vote through this person. That said, we have just one vote.

If you want to be our delegate, or you want to nominate someone to carry our vote, just reply to the message.
