1. Follow the ml for updates ALWAYS

2. When sending an email to the ml PLEASE ADD A SELF EXPLAINING SUBJECT

3. If you are replying to a topic in ml, put RE before the original subject of the email. If you are replying to a reply, make sure it says RE: RE.

Soon I will be checking edits or team contributions. 

You do recognise that our group is only volunteering and no payment. So a way founders agreed to keep up motivation is by allowing members to stay out of free will. Free will to help with edits plus some other form of contribution. Soon, we will be taking inactive members off the mailing list to give focus to those making efforts.
