I'll recommend we hold on this article for now. When the Wikipedia for Election project works well at the end of the election, we can have a solid ground to base the article on. For now, the question is, what if it doesn't turn out as expected? 

Lets see how the online project fairs, and then we can write something more compelling at the end of it.

I think we'll have to also use the wikimedia blog sparingly.
