Actually the one I sent does have edit checking for the other projects too. The little arrow will reveal.

But I think  to tell the difference between your article edits, talk page etc (those that don't count for article edits), the tool I proposed will help newbies see the difference faster than any I  know of.

Whatever changes you make on Wikipedia is recorded. If you want to view these edits just to encourage yourself and so on, you can use this tool to check your edits, specifically the ones on Wikipedia articles. Those are currently the most important ones for PWMGH.
