I am reaching out to you today about the community voting period for the 2022 Board of Trustees election. The community will select two of the six candidates still in the running. The affiliate organizations voted to select the six candidates in July.

Members of affiliates might be eligible to vote even if they do not meet other criteria. Please review the voter eligibility criteria and share this information with your membership. Your membership can also verify their individual eligibility using the Account Eligibility Tool.

Please reply to this email with the list of usernames who should be eligible to vote by August 14 at 11:59 pm UTC. There is no need to include people who are eligible under the other voter eligibility criteria. The Elections Committee will review the list and then add the voters to the list of eligible voters.
