Hello all. I mentioned earlier that the user group will be seeking incorporation to become a non profit.

Drafting bylaws, considering leadership etc are all things that require members’ input to be able to take the next step.

We already have a bylaws document, by-laws by other groups, and a couple of decisions the usergroup made earlier on that we can remix to what will suit us.
